PN and PNL type mud pumps are single-stage single-suction mud pumps (available in vertical and horizontal types), featuring long service life, simple structure, reliable operation, etc.

It is used in mines, metallurgy, municipal construction, chemical industry, etc. to suck and transport muddy liquids containing flowing sand and small mud blocks. It can also be used to suck and transport river sludge, pond sludge, feces, and pulpy beverages in rural areas. Besides, it can be applied to transport ore sand liquid in urban factories, and suck yellow sand and mud in underground passages, etc.

Features of the mud pump:

1. The wear-resistant cast iron is adopted for the wear-bearing parts of the flow-through section, ensuring a long service life.

2. The gap between the impeller and the wear plate can be adjusted in a timely manner to maintain high-efficiency operation.

3. For mud pumps of 4 inches and above of this type, the bearings are directly installed in the horizontally split bracket, which is convenient for disassembly, inspection, and timely adjustment. Moreover, a water-cooled serpentine tube is installed in the oil sump, which improves the working conditions of the bearings.

4. The pump body of the pump with a size of 8 inches and above is relatively large and adopts a split structure, making disassembly, assembly, and maintenance convenient.

Characteristics of the mud pump:

Good wear resistance. The flow-through components are made of high chromium alloy (Cr28) wear-resistant materials, ensuring a long service cycle.
High extraction concentration. The concentration of the pumped and transported medium can reach up to 60% (by weight).
Adopting advanced hydrodynamic optimization design, it has a high head and can transport over a long distance.
Good cavitation resistance and anti-blocking performance.
Using metric bearings lubricated with thin oil and a reasonable lubrication design to ensure long service life and good motion performance.
Adopting a special heat treatment process, the multi-purpose mud pump can be used in working conditions with certain corrosiveness.
Under a certain pressure, the DS series multi-purpose mud pumps can be connected in series for multiple stages, and the maximum pressure can reach 3.6MPa.
Multiple pumps can be used in series to achieve long-distance transportation.
