The SYA feed pump for filter press adopts a unique hydraulic design and impeller installation method, ensuring that its performance curve is steeper than that of ordinary impurity pumps. It is very suitable for achieving the goals of large flow rate and low pressure feeding as well as small flow rate and high pressure filtering according to the change of resistance during the feeding process of the filter press. Its special hydraulic performance exactly matches the progressive process of the filter press from being empty to being filled and then to being dried. In the initial feeding stage, there is no need to worry about the motor overload caused by excessive flow rate (which is usually controlled by valves in other cases). At the same time, the low pressure will not impact the frame of the filter plate, reducing the damage to the filter cloth on the frame of the filter plate, and will not cause vibrations to the filter plate either. In the later stage of filtering, the small flow rate and high pressure are less likely to cause pump blockage. Especially during the later pressing stage, under high pressure, the unique impeller installation method of this pump and the function of the auxiliary impeller ensure that there is basically no leakage at the shaft seal.
